10 Tips When You’re Nodding Off at the Office


In this episode, I’m taking on the challenge of re-energizing your work day when you’re so tired you’re nodding off at work.

Maybe you’ve got a 3 year old at home that’s keeping you up all night reading and rereading Good Night Moon.

Maybe you’re feeling stressed by a looming deadline for big project.

Maybe you’ve stayed out too late enjoying the finer things in life.

I’m not judging…just giving you 10 tips you can use when you notice the exhaustion coming on.

I have to admit I was tempted to list 3 pots of coffee and a six pack of red bull as energy options. Instead I decided to stick to the healthier stuff that I think you’ll find really useful including:

  • The beverage that’s overtaking coffee as the go-to pick-me-up of choice.
  • The 1 food I’ve eaten literally every day since college that helps me overcome the afternoon energy dip.
  • My favorite hilarious video series that I’m massively stuck on. It  brings a smile to my face and gives me a burst every time I watch it.
